I’ve specialized in book design for more than 30 years, at my design office and, previously, in-house for publishers. My love of books, typography, and design excellence round out my experience. A dedicated collaborator, I work with a range of clients to integrate text and visuals into engaging, enduring designs. The eventual reader is always on my mind — the person who will hold and read the finished book.

Making a book is a team endeavor. It’s been my good fortune to work with, and learn from, talented designers, editors, authors, and other creative minds. The books in my portfolio would not be the same without these colleagues.
