The 25th anniversary edition of this engaging title warranted a new design, inside and out. The book begins with an overview of Georgian culture followed by 100 recipes. Originally, those recipes ran continuously, often breaking across multiple pages. The redesign uses a larger trim size, begins each recipe on a new page, and adds a list of recipe titles to each opener, making the cookbook more inviting.
